What happens during my first visit?

You will meet with your physio to discuss your pain/injury. Based on this we will develop a together, how we can help you in the clinic, and how you can help yourself when outside of the clinic. We will then start treatment and at the end of the session, you will have a clear plan of action sent directly to your phone.

How soon can I book my appointment?

Generally, we can get you an appointment on the same day you contact us, or at least during the next business day after you contact us. Early treatment means a speedier recovery. You can view our availability and book your appointment here.

What do I wear to my appointment?

Wear something that you are comfortable in. It would be also beneficial if the physio can see the area well. We advise you to come with shorts if it is an issue with your lower back, hips or legs and perhaps a singlet/vest if the issue is in your back, shoulders, neck or arms.

How much is an appointment?

The cost of your appointment will vary depending on the length of time required for your appointment and the consultant you see. Please see below a full price list below:

Physiotherapy Session, Chartered Physiotherapist (30 mins) – €85.00

Sports Massage (30 mins) – €60

Physiotherapy Session Tommy Brennan Clinical Director (30 mins) – €110.00

Physiotherapy Session, Tommy Brennan Clinical Director (60 mins) – €220.00

How do I pay for my session?

We accept all cards and also cash payments. If you would like to pay for in advance of your session please let us know and we can issue an online payment request to you.

How do I claim money back on my appointment?

We are recognised by all the major health insurance companies. Just check your own policy for its terms and conditions. You will receive a receipt after each session, which you can then forward onto your health insurance provider.

Do I need a referral from a GP?

A referral from a doctor is not a requirement. However, if you have one, you can bring us a copy of the referral letter with relevant details, and/or the written report of any X-ray or MRI that related to any injuries.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellation Policy: Please note that it is important to give us 24 hours’ notice if you intend to cancel your appointment. Cancelling or missing your appointment will incur a 50% fee.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
