Are you suffering with a groin injury? Give Us a Call
At the Pain and Performance Clinic we have successfully managed several persistent, chronic groin patients and enabled them to fully return to better than pre injury performance levels.
Groin pain is usually an overload issue where some muscles are doing too much and other muscles aren’t working enough. Sometimes, rather than strengthen an already overworked groin, it’s more important to train the muscles that aren’t working. Getting your optimal pelvis position is often the priority and this will allow you to respond to the rehab.
Are you sore for days after training or matches? Does it hurt to sit up in bed or cough? Get back to your best performance levels and book in for a full assessment to find the true cause of your groin pain.
